1. Whose rules these are
topcanadiancasinos.org belongs to Halvero Digital Media FZ-LLC, a free-zone company with its office at the address shown in the box above. Wherever this page says “we” or “us”, read that company. Browsing past the first screen means you go along with the nine points below; anyone who dislikes one of them should simply close the tab.
2. Readers we write for
The pages are meant for grown-ups in Canada who may lawfully gamble in their home province, which means 19+ (18+ in Alberta, Quebec and Manitoba). Anybody younger is asked to leave. Your provincial rules, and not anything printed here, settle whether a particular brand may accept you as a player. Ontarians should keep to brands that appear on the iGaming Ontario register.
3. A publisher, never a casino
There is no cashier on topcanadiancasinos.org: nobody deposits, spins or cashes out on our domain. Each brand we describe is its own business, with an owner, a licence and a help desk of its own. An account you open there is an arrangement between you and that operator, and where its terms clash with ours, its terms prevail.
4. Offers change faster than our pages
Welcome deals, spin bundles, playthrough multipliers and cash-out times were lifted from the operator's pages on the date each review was last looked over. Casinos rewrite those details quietly. So before even one loonie leaves your bank, open the promotion rules on the brand's own site and read them there.
5. Paid links
Plenty of the buttons pointing to casinos pay us a referral fee once a visitor registers. How those fees work, and the parts of a review that money may not bend, are covered in Partner links explained.
6. Copying our pages
Our wording, tables, images and logo may not be lifted wholesale, scraped by bots or poured into a rival directory. Quoting a couple of lines with a live link pointing at the original page is fine by us.
7. Behaving on the site
Please do not probe our servers, hammer them with scripted requests or disguise the origin of a click. Traffic of that sort can be shut out without notice.
8. What we cannot promise
A page may be stale, partial or simply mistaken, and the whole domain might drop offline at an awkward moment. The longer list of things we cannot vouch for sits in the disclaimer. None of this strips away protections that Canadian consumer statutes grant you and that no website clause can waive.
9. Changes and contact
Revised rules replace these on the same address, and the “Updated” stamp near the heading shifts with them. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page; trouble with a casino balance is a matter for that brand's own support staff.
