Latest Trends in Online Slot Machine Developments

Software vendors are always coming up with ways to separate themselves from the rest of the competition. Five current developments of graphics and gameplay encompass the following trends:

• 1. You can experience a fresh take on graphics and increased use of beautiful 3D animations, making your gaming experience much more lively and entertaining. New themes have emerged for your gaming pleasure. You can expect Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to be a standard addition. These will boost your gaming pleasure as new slots and new slot machines come on to the scene.
• 2. You’ll be protected from cyber attacks and hackers due to improved security features that have been recently installed. Artificial Intelligence detects suspicious activities on these types of platforms.
• 3. You might also feel safer playing online due to fingerprint detection and facial recognition as login requirements.
• 4. An increased number of casinos offer free spins after signing up. Sometimes, you don’t even need to spend your own money to try out new slot machines. This is a fantastic incentive and gives you more bang for your buck.
• 5. You might find that some new casino slots won’t work unless Adobe Flash is installed on your computer. Make sure you download this free application to avoid any disappointment.

The top three most recent innovative gameplay mechanics for new casino slots that we’ve seen are:

1. Megaways

Megaways is a mechanic that was first introduced in Bonanza by Big Time Gaming. Most Megaways slots have a fixed number of symbols and paylines. Megaways randomizes this, giving you between 243 – 117,649 ways to win (for most Megaways slots).

This mechanic has been very popular, Big Time Gaming even sells the rights for it to other developers like NetEnt, Red Tiger, Pragmatic Play, and more!

2. Infinity Reels

Infinity Reels, developed by ReelPlay, allows you to receive an extra reel each time you initiate a spin. This feature allows you to inch closer to claiming the jackpot.

You can also get extra multipliers and opportunities to re-spin, which could increase your returns in the process.
