4 Secret Pyramids Review
Ancient Egypt slots have become commonplace across the industry, making it increasingly difficult to create innovative releases. Introducing original mechanics and attractive features can be a way of handling familiar topics.
The guys from 4ThePlayer have tried to do that in 4 Secret Pyramids, delivering one of the most interesting Egypt-related experiences in recent months.
Additionally, the BIG REEL portrait mode will help you optimize your performance and maximize your playing experience. 4 Secret Pyramids has a lot to offer and is bound to reach large audiences as soon as it hits the market.
- High-volatility game with a maximum payout of 55,000x the stake
- 1,024 ways to win
- BONUS↑UP, Extra Bets and Free Spins
The graphics are crisp and elegant, with polished animations that enhance the entire experience. With the traditional soundtrack, the audio-visual appearance is fantastic, boosting the whole online slot.
A few attractive features offer numerous winning opportunities and provide lucrative chances to the lucky punters. This high-variance slot provides multiple chills and thrills, carrying a lucrative maximum win for the most fortunate.
You will need a lot of luck and patience. Still, the ambitious high rollers have something to go for. 4 Secret Pyramids will undoubtedly become popular amongst slot enthusiasts once it launches.
Theme, Graphics and Sounds
The graphics are phenomenal, with detailed textures and colours, utilizing rich visuals to create a unique experience. Moreover, the portrait mode contributes to the entire impression, bringing you a visual treat not seen often enough.
It is accompanied by a captivating traditional tune that does not bring much originality but fits the theme perfectly. This casino game does an excellent job of putting you right in the middle of the action, and it will be bait for everyone.
Despite the relatively low maximum bet, the lucrative prizes and fast-paced gameplay will indubitably attract many interested players. You will have a fantastic chance to explore Ancient Egypt and grab the loot in the process.
The action transpires on a classic five-reel and four-row game grid with 1,024 ways to win. Land three to five matching icons on a single payline to record a win. Five card royals (10 to A) are low-pay symbols, awarding you 1x and 2x the bet for a combination of five.
An Ankh, Eye of Horus, and Anubis are mid-tiers that grant you 2.5x-3x for the same string, with the latter paying 0.2x for two. The most generous symbols are the Explorer and Cleopatra, stacked and awarding wins for two or more on a payline.
Five Explorers and Cleopatras are worth 4x and 5x the stake, respectively. A Golden Scarab is a Wild symbol that replaces regular symbols in winning combinations. Finally, a Pyramid is a Scatter that triggers the Bonus round and brings chances for lucrative payouts.
In-game features
Several exciting features create the gameplay, including BONUS↑UP, Extra Bets, Bonus Buy and Free Spins. Multiple lucrative scoring opportunities are in store for the fortunate punters.
BONUS↑UP
The game enables you to visit four different locations throughout the game and have your Bonus prizes enhanced. They include the Desert Pyramid, Canyon Pyramid, Golden Pyramid and Lake Pyramid.
Click on the top Bonus prizes panel to check your progress, and after playing the Bonus round, the location will reset. The four titular pyramids can bring you hefty payouts.
Extra Bets
Two extra bets are available for a price, including an Extra Bonus Bet, which enhances your chances of triggering the Bonus game. The Double Bonus Bet allows you to double your Multiplier or the number of Free Spins. Both of them cost 25% of your bet.
Bonus Buy
Four options provide various opportunities for the punters who purchase them. For 60x the stake, you receive up to twenty free spins, x6 Multiplier and 20,000x maximum payout.
Two possibilities cost 120x the bet; you can have 20-40 spins, x11-x6 Multiplier and the maximum win of 35,000x the stake. Finally, for 200x the bet, you might get up to 55 free spins, an x15 Multiplier and the maximum payout of 55,000x the bet.
Free Spins
Landing three Pyramid Scatters on the reels one, three and five will take you to Free Spins. You will have the opportunity to get a better prize level by gambling, where you move up or down to win or lose a level.
The round ends immediately if you step down on the first level. You need to choose between hidden blocks, performing the pyramid pick. Your number of spins and Multiplier size depend on your progress in the BONUS↑UP.
Furthermore, you can go to the next level until you click on an X sign, which lets you start your Free Spins game.
With the Double Bonus Bet activated, you can choose what you will double, as stated above. Landing a Scatter on reels one and three during the round will bring you five or ten additional spins.

RTP, bet sizes and volatility
The RTP value of the slot grants is 95%, going below the industry standard of 96%. 4ThePlayer offers decent winning chances, although the hit rate is yet to be released. Still, the game is exciting enough to keep the punters alert.
There are multiple wagering options, with the lowest possible bet of $0.20 and the most substantial of $22.5.
Although this slot is tailored to daredevils, it does not deliver too many hazardous moments. The largest possible win of 55,000x the stake will lure many people, and having fun without spending too much is always a plus.
4 Secret Pyramids is highly volatile, which will turn off some occasional players. However, the punters willing to play might win big money. The game will not make it easy, but it will make the colossal win even sweeter.
Verdict
4 Secret Pyramids has a lot to show for it, from an innovative feature to thrilling gameplay, capping off with a lucrative maximum win. It has all the conditions to become a minor classic at Canadian online casinos, and we are convinced players will love it instantly.
It might not turn into an all-timer due to minor problems (a slightly low RTP, for example). Still, looking for severe drawbacks in this game would be futile. Our grade is 4 out of 5 stars.
