RegionsFantasma Games Purchases Wiener Games
Published: October 14, 2025
Fantasma Games, a premium online casino content provider, has inked a deal to purchase Bulgaria-based Wiener Games. The company headquartered in Stockholm has exclusively developed in-house content so far.
This agreement will allow them to broaden their activity range in the near future. The acquisition has happened due to their customers’ continuous demands for new games.
In addition, the deal will help the Bulgarian provider obtain a hefty income, which will satisfy both sides. On the other hand, Fantasma will boost the pace of their content development, which will inevitably bring smiles to their customers’ faces.
This is the first purchase made by Fantasma and they hope it won’t be the last one. The transaction amounts to €700,000 ($809,000) with €500,000 ($578,000) paid in cash and the rest in shares.
The deal also includes an income based on results, with the potential maximum of €1.8m (a bit more than $2m). The amount will be paid out in cash or shares, as per Fantasma’s wishes.
The Stockholm provider expects the deal to give them a chance to create exclusive content for multiple prestigious brands. This milestone achievement should not hamper the Swedish portion of the business.
Moreover, the content from Wiener Games should refresh their game portfolio and bring about positive changes.
With an annual turnover of about €350,000 ($405,000) since 2018, they act as an independent supplier for numerous big studios. Skywind, Microgaming and Relax Gaming are on the list, among others.
The partnership is to create multiple new possibilities for everyone involved. Fantasma Games already has a considerable game library, with titles like Heroes Hunt Megaways and Elemento.
Furthermore, the agreement will enable Wiener Games to expand its global footprint and offer its content to a bigger player database.
The chance to develop exclusive online slots for a larger audience is not to be sneezed at. The deal should officially go through in October 2025.
Commenting on the new agreement, Fantasma Games acting CEO, Jacob Sachs, has stated:
We have begun to suffer from the pleasant problem of not being able to fully meet customer demand for new games. Wiener Games, for its part, have a strong production apparatus but a limited distribution capacity. The acquisition solves both our problems while adding a new revenue stream for us by way of a completely new business model.
