RegionsLady Lucky Games Ready to Purchase ReelNRG
Published: April 17, 2025
Lady Luck Games has signed a Letter of Intent to buy ReelNRG. The move will allow Lady Luck Games to add 46 new online slots to its offering and secure valuable licenses in the UK and Malta.
Following the transaction, ReelNRG will continue to do business independently. On the other hand, Lady Luck Games will benefit from cost optimization and cross-selling opportunities.
The two sides have agreed on the purchase price of 2.5 million shares with a price of $0.44. According to available information, the move should be completed by the end of this month, once the documentation process is finished.
Here‘s what Mads V. Jorgensen, Chief Executive Officer at Lady Luck Games, said:
Through the acquisition of ReelNRG, we secure important customer integrations and licenses for the LL portfolio. As a merged company, we now operate over 100 games and will be able to derive great mutual benefits from both the commercial synergies via cross-selling but also on the cost side. This is a big step for Lady Luck Games, which further consolidates our position as a truly independent gaming studio that focuses on the regulated markets. To operate via own licenses secures larger revenue shares and market reach. We look forward to welcoming Calvin and his team together with Klein Group and the other shareholders in ReelNRG.
