RegionsBlueprint Gaming launches new Goonies slot
Published: October 16, 2025
Blueprint Gaming, a well-respected iGaming brand, has expanded its game portfolio with a promising new online slot. It has released The Goonies Return, the long-awaited sequel to the celebrated slot inspired by the acclaimed 1985 movie by Richard Donner.
It is expected to be the game of the year for the studio. The developers have given the first game, released in 2018, a fresh design with enhanced sound and graphics. Moreover, it contains new modifiers and bonus features, delivering a thrilling and engaging customer experience.
The company looks to cash on in the success of the first casino game and the movie that has shaped many generations. Developed together with WB Consumer Products, the latest thrilling adventure with the iconic heroes offers multiple winning possibilities.
The online slot features the brand new One-Eyed Willy Riches that brings big money with hold-and-win mechanics. If you land character symbols or cash symbols appear on the reels, the spin counter is reset to three. This situation triggers Win Multipliers, extra columns on the game board and respin boosts.
Numerous interesting features are sure to keep the players engaged throughout the entire journey. One-Eyed Willy Exchange is another novelty that offers players an interesting choice after each win of 15x stake or more.
You can either collect the win or go for a spin to win a prize. It can be a mystery prize or the way to a random bonus round.
Furthermore, the sequel has maintained the most popular parts of the original game, including the famous Skeleton Key. Any spin can trigger it, together with Chunk’s legendary truffle shuffle.
If you are a nostalgic 80s kid, this slot will be a nice trip down memory lane. The company counts on this one to be the flagship release. It’s an exciting release made to appeal to all generations.
Blueprint Gaming has delivered an immersive and memorable experience that brings delight to its players. If we add numerous winning chances to the mix, we get a wonderful game, bound to enchant players around the globe.
