RegionsNicki Minaj Partners with MaximBet
Published: June 4, 2025
The award-winning rapper Nicki Minaj has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with MaximBet, a company owned by ZK International Group (ZKIN).
ZKIN has a 16% stake in the company, in which it has so invested $25 million. Minaj will become a valuable part of MaximBet, whose presence should help draw more women to sports betting.
Under the provisions of the new deal, Minaj will focus on a wide range of activities with MaximBet, including merchandise, sports, and branding. The new partnership will allow the sports betting operator to further capitalize on the rapid growth in the segment.
Minaj is very influential on social media, boasting 280 million followers. This makes her the seventh most followed musician on Instagram and the most popular rapper on this network.
Commenting on the new partnership deal, Daniel Graetzer, Chief Executive Officer at MaximBet, said:
Nicki Minaj is one of the most iconic and influential entertainers in the world. The conversion of entertainment and sport is happening at warp speed, and we’ve built a brand that can appropriately stand at the centre of that. Nicki’s business experience and relationships open a wealth of opportunity for MaximBet. Her involvement as an owner will allow us to work together on decisions in all parts of the business.
About MaximBet
MaximBet was launched earlier this year, following the global strategic partnership between Carousel Group and Maxim. The brand offers the market-leading online casino and sports betting website and applications for Android and iOS.
At this moment, MaximBet is available in Colorado and is ready to go live in nine other US states and the province of Ontario in Canada. Such a move will increase the company’s presence to around half of the legal sports betting market on the continent.
