Land Of Zenith Review
Are you ready to soar through the skies of another world? A place where electricity never appeared and the world evolved its technology around steam power.
It is a peculiar and interesting setting. No doubt part of what drew Push Gaming to create this highly anticipated online slot.
Can Land of Zenith live up to the expectations?
- Awesome theme and graphics
- High volatility with a 21,003x jackpot
- Interesting free spins mechanism
In the last couple of years, steampunk has taken off in popularity. Artists from across the world have had a blast imagining a high-tech world without electricity.
This game follows on that trend and adds its own spin to the formula. However, it offers more than just pretty graphics. This title offers a somewhat different set of special features than what we are used to.
However, we cannot deny how fun they are. The 21003x jackpot makes this release very attractive to play as well.
Theme, Graphics and Sounds
Land of Zenith combines gameplay and visuals in an impressive way. Most of the background is taken up by the complex mechanism that can trigger the two special features.
Outside of the machine, we can see a beautiful blue sky outside. Occasionally, a sky ship flies past us, adding to the otherworldly beauty that this slot offers.
You play this game on a six-reel, four-row board with thirty paylines. All paylines are fixed, meaning we cannot turn them on or off to change our total bet.
Wins are granted by finding at least three identical symbols next to one another, starting with the leftmost reel. All wins must follow an active payline, or the relevant cash prize will not be paid.
In-game features
The disc mechanism is visible at all times. It consists of three independently moving discs – the inner, middle and outer disc.
Turner icons that can appear on reels two, four and six are used to rotate the discs.
Reel two controls the inner disc, reel four control the middle disc, and reel six controls the outer disc. Discs can spin clockwise and counter clockwise.
If one of the grooves on each disc aligns with each other during normal gameplay, the bouncing mystery bonus activates.
Players get a re-spin. An orb is added to the center of the reels, and starts moving in a random direction.
Each time it collides with the edge of the playing field, it creates a mystery symbol on the nearest position. The orb can disappear, or split into two orbs and rebound.
The bonus continues until the two orbs collide again. At that point, they create five mystery icons in a cross shape.
When no more orbs are in view, all mystery symbols transform into the same icon. What symbol they transform into is chosen at random.
Land of Zenith Free Spins
If all three discs align at the same time the disc mechanism turns gold, the Hypermode Free Spins bonus is granted. The disc mechanism turning gold happens randomly.
Instead of getting a fixed number of free spins, players get twenty seconds to play the bonus.
The reels spin constantly, not stopping even if you land a cash prize. Every time you land a Wild, it partially fills the retrigger meter next to the reels.
Filling the retrigger meter resets the timer to ten seconds. The first four retriggers also remove lower value icons from the board, making bigger wins more likely. Each Wild that appears speeds reel spins up.

Verdict
Push Gaming sticks to a quality first mindset, and it shows. The visuals in their titles are incredible.
This game is no exception to that rule. The animations and background image are fantastic. The fact the background was incorporated into the special features is something we quite like, too.
The bonuses are difficult to activate, but are very rewarding to make up for it. We give this release 5 out of 5 stars.
A fantastic experience for anyone who is a fan of high variance and big jackpots.
