Reel Keeper Review
Do you dare to enter the lair of the dragon? Everyone knows these mythical creatures guard treasure, and in Reel Keeper, this can be yours.
A few things you need to know:
- Travelling and locked wilds
- Maximum payout up to 6073x your wager
- Three dynamic global jackpots available
Reel Keeper by Red Tiger is designed as a medieval thrill ride. It was released in June of 2020 and will appeal to those who love a themed adventure.
Theme, Graphics, and Sounds
Set in the lair of a dragon, this game takes you to a hilltop keep, complete with misty mountains, fire and brimstone, and ornate gold and jewels.
The dragon’s shadow passes over while you’re playing, which is a nice touch and adds to the game’s quality. It almost makes you feel like you’re getting away with something.
The medieval theme music is a little repetitive but suited to the design. The graphics are well done, with rich colors and textures.
The symbols are nicely drawn, with dragon-clawed goblets, heads, crowns, jewels, and the traditional ace through 10.
In-game Features
Reel Keeper has wilds that move, plenty of free spins, and stacked symbols. It is a three-row, five-reel game with ten paylines.
The turbo button allows an exciting fast play option. Extra features include a mini gamble game and three types of dynamic jackpots.
Dragon Wilds
When the dragon flies above the online slot, Wilds are added on the right-side reel. As you continue playing, each spin moves these to the left until they eventually leave the board.
Gamble Mini-Game
Feeling lucky? Use your payout to make a side wager. The mini-game allows you to choose your bet and spin the wheel to increase your win. Collect them or roll them over to play again.
Global Dynamic Jackpots
Reel Keeper has three dynamic global jackpots to which all users contribute as they play. The Hourly Drop, the smallest and simplest to win of three, happens on the hour mark.
The eponymous Daily Drop is awarded every day. The largest and most elusive prize is the Big Drop Jackpot and can increase for days or even weeks.
Free Spins
Land on three dragon eggs over reels one, three, and five to activate ten free spins. You’ll find wilds locked in place during the Dragon Spin as a potential boost to your payout..

The RTP (return to player) for this game is 95.72%, which is a touch below average.
Bet sizes can vary in this game; you can choose from going low at $0.20 to up to $10 per spin. This is great for new online casino players.
This slot’s volatility is rated high, and the maximum win of the in-game jackpot is 1000x your bet.
Verdict
If you’ve always been someone drawn to fantasy and medieval stories, this is an excellent game for you. It has rich graphics and colors; the music is repetitive (and a little cheesy), but it goes with the theme.
The game itself is straightforward but has extras such as free spin potential and moving wilds to keep you playing.
Both the free version of Reel Keeper from Red Dragon and the real money slot version have the same winning odds.
This slot could do with a little extra story to keep players engaged. Experienced users may lose interest more quickly, but it is a solid introduction for newbies.
Reel Keeper from Red Dragon looks inviting and is well-designed. If you’re seeking treasure and have ever dreamed of fighting and taming dragons, this game is for you.
We rate this game 3 out of 5 stars.
