Jack and the Beanstalk Review
When the author wrote Jack and the Beanstalk, he couldn’t have believed that one could climb a magical beanstalk.
Are you ready to find bags of gold, a goose with golden eggs, and a golden harp in a giant’s castle?
NetEnt made this adventure a reality, and today you can enjoy a magical experience with this enchanting online slot.
The game’s unique points are:
- Free spin rounds and re-spins
- Walking wilds that multiply earnings
- Treasure collection
Match the scatter symbols, trigger the free spins, capture wilds, and collect the treasure before the giant gets you.
Jack and the Beanstalk is a five-reel, twenty bet lines game with ten bet levels suitable for all budget sizes.
The Theme, Graphics, and Sounds
NetEnt didn’t spare any expense when they brought this famous fairytale to life.
The vibrant 3D graphics and quality background sounds draw you into the casino game and create a memorable experience.
The sharp background visuals are of Jack’s house and his yard, with occasional butterflies fluttering over the screen.
Birds chatter in the background, and whimsical tunes accompany the walking wild symbols.
The smaller symbols, 10, J, Q, K, and A, are curly leafy vine letters on wood blocks. The highest symbol is, of course, Jack himself.
Others in decreasing value are the two-headed purple giant, a goat, an ax, and an old watering can.
Further In-game Features
Jack and the Beanstalk Free Spins
The Jack and the Beanstalk slot game is all about the free spins.
Get three or more of the game’s scatter symbols (a treasure chest) anywhere on the reels, and you get ten free spins.
Then, if three or more scatter symbols appear during the round, you get a further five free spins.
Re-Spins
The ten free spins are just the start of the excitement.
With every extra wild symbol (the game’s logo), you get free re-spins, and you could land up with twenty or more free spins.
Fee-fi-fo-fum now you have even more fun.
Walking Wilds
When the wild symbol appears, you’ll get a re-spin, and it’ll then move one reel to the left.
You’ll continue to get free re-spins until it gets to reel one. When you get two or three wilds, you have a greater chance to increase your wins.
The wild symbol triples your wins and substitutes for the standard symbols, excluding the scatter and key symbols.
Treasure Collection
The treasure collections add an exciting element to your game and boost your wins.
The Key symbol is the key to it all. And every time you collect a key, you open the door to bigger and better wilds.
- Collect three keys, and you get an extra wild symbol (a money bag).
- Collect six keys, and hey presto, the Golden Goose symbol appears. These come stacked as one, two, or occasionally three anywhere on the reels.
- Collect nine keys, and you are in heaven with your harp, giving you a guaranteed expanded wild. Getting to this point is not easy. If you get to the harp with some good free spins left, that’s where the big wins will come.
- Getting to the golden goose is simpler and still gives you some decent wins.
