Sticky Bandits Review
Can you catch these Sticky Bandits, or will they slip through your fingers? It could go either way with the special features on offer with this online slot.
Find out if this title will leave you grinning like a weasel in a hen house. Here’s our in-depth Quickspin slot review.
- Massive Wild feature
- Engaging Wild West theme
- A bonus of seven free spins
The Sticky Bandits slot provides a fun flashback to the Wild West with this striking entry.
This medium-to-high volatility game is sure to make an impact with its 5×5 reels and thirty paylines. A bonus of an additional seven free spins only serves to sweeten the deal even further.
The Theme, Graphics, and Sounds
Sticky Bandits works off of a consistent Wild West theme. This involves most of the usual genre staples: cowboys and robbers, gold bags, and J to A playing cards.
The background portrays a desert, studded with cacti and rock outcroppings throughout. A railroad runs along the side, and two rifles crown the top, framing the game title.
While not groundbreaking, the graphics are visually satisfying and well-paired with a soundtrack that could have come straight out of a Spaghetti Western film.
Achieving a winning combination requires the player to roll five matching symbols from left to right. Look out for the female gunslinger as she’s the highest paying symbol.
In-Game Features
Besides the free spins, the primary feature of interest here is the Massive Wild symbol.
Massive Wild Symbol
The Massive Wild symbol, which appears as an oversized (5×2) bandit card, may appear on reels two and four.
If the player lands two of these cards simultaneously, they will cover almost the entire screen.
A Massive Wild can substitute for any of the other cards, including the free spin bonus.
Sticky Bandits Free Spins
The free spins feature is activated when a Wild symbol appears on reels two or four, and a Train Bonus symbol appears anywhere on reel one.
The wilds then “stick” in place for the entirety of the round.
In contrast, the Wild symbol is not accessible during bonus rounds. You’ll be rewarded with seven free spins.

The max win on a bet line for this slot is 739x, and wagers range from $0.15 to $90.00.
Verdict
Sticky Bandits has some exceedingly strong points. The free spins bonus is a genuinely impressive feature that will surely keep you coming back for more Wild West action.
The graphics are polished and clean, while the accompanying music does a great deal to anchor that impression of the Wild West and instill a sense of adventure.
However, some may feel underwhelmed by the 739x max win and the fact that payouts aren’t frequent.
That said, this slot remains a uniquely enjoyable experience and worthy of the 4 out of 5 stars we give it. Why not give it a spin?
