Book of Destiny Review
Print Studios is a new name in the business of making online slot games, and Book of Destiny is their debut release with Relax Gaming. Built around the popular Book of Ra format, this title is not a straight copy despite offering familiar gameplay and features.
Using what they describe as the ’deeper gameplay’ concept, the developer provides additional gambling opportunities and promises a thrilling playing experience. The quality of this game is high and is sure to entertain even the most demanding players.
- High variance with a jackpot of 10,823x the stake
- Ten fixed paylines
- It’s all about expanding symbols in the Free Spins round, while two additional gambling options make things even more exciting
Book of Destiny offers only a Free Spins bonus round, but expanding symbols make sure players won’t lack the excitement. There’s a gamble feature available within the round, where spinning the Destiny Gamble wheel can add more expanding symbols to the reels.
Two additional gambling options allow slot lovers to get more Scatters or immediately trigger Free Spins. The maximum amount of money you can win on every spin is worth 10,823x your stake.
Theme, Graphics and Sounds
Book of Destiny boasts a typical appearance for an Egyptian-themed slot. Pillars covered in hieroglyphs, impressive statues next to the reels, and the background stonework add to the overall experience.
However, if you have already played a “book of” online slot, this imagery may be too familiar to you. Still, the quality of the artwork is high and leaves a positive impression.
Playable across all devices, this release is set on a standard five-by-three grid, with a total of ten paylines there to help players win.
We should point out these paylines are fixed, meaning all of them are active on every spin.
When it comes to winning combinations, they are formed when two or three matching symbols land left to right from the leftmost reel. Bear in mind they’ll need to be positioned on an active payline to deliver a cash payout.
In-game features
It’s all about expanding symbols in the Free Spins round in Book of Destiny, with the game only offering two additional gambling options.
The Scatter Boost increases your wager by 50% and awards more Scatters, allowing players to reach the bonus round quicker. The other available option is the bonus buy feature, which triggers Free Spins for a price of 75 times your stake.
Book of Destiny Free Spins
The bonus round kicks off whenever three or more Scatters appear on the reels. Depending on the number of Scatter used to trigger the feature, players receive ten spins and a payout of two, twenty, or 200 times their wager.
Before the round begins, an icon will be chosen as the Expanding Symbol, which will be able to fill all positions and pay even in non-adjacent positions.
You can also choose to gamble for the chance to add more Expanding Symbols to the play. Spin the Destiny Gamble wheel to get up to three Expanding Symbols.
Landing at least three Scatters while the round is active will add ten more spins to the count while at the same time selecting another Expanding Symbol along the way.

Verdict
Print Studios did a great job creating this game, but although there are no disappointments, you won’t find any wow moments either.
Book of Destiny is a solid addition to the offering, with beautiful visuals and exciting gameplay that should deliver a memorable playing experience without any troubles.
The addition of a gambling feature to the Free Spins round is a nice touch, leading to some staggering payouts.
The top prize of 10,823 times the bet is also very appealing and represents a suitable prize for players brave enough to tackle the slot’s high volatility. It’s 4 out of 5 stars from us.
